We offer reliable and secure shipping via Swiss Post for orders within Switzerland. Shipping costs are based on Swiss Post rates (shipping method "Fragile") and will be displayed during the ordering process, depending on the total value, total weight, and delivery address of your order. The delivery time is typically 3-5 business days.

 

International Shipping Information:

In some cases, we also provide reliable and secure international shipping. Prices must be calculated on a case-by-case basis and do not include any potential customs fees. Please contact us if you wish to pursue this option.

 

Returns:

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to make a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise to arrange the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The items must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund you the purchase amount minus the shipping costs.
